Un logiciel de gestion facile à utiliser
Stéphanie Dugas Crousset, commis comptable au centre de la petite enfance Le Petit Lutin de Sept-Îles utilise le logiciel ACCEO Services de garde depuis 2009. Contrairement aux autres logiciels de gestion avec lesquels elle a travaillé par le passé, Mme Dugas trouve le logiciel ACCEO SDG complet et apprécie notamment le fait qu’il soit un logiciel de gestion intégré.

En tant qu’utilisatrice du logiciel, Mme Dugas apprécie ACCEO SDG surtout pour la préparation des rapports annuels. Avoir la possibilité d’exporter les fichiers et de les envoyer par courriel est une véritable valeur ajoutée pour elle. La principale force du logiciel est sa facilité d’utilisation, affirme-t-elle. Néanmoins, elle recommande de suivre de la formation car elle permet de connaître toutes les facettes du logiciel, de maximiser son utilisation et de simplifier la gestion du centre.

A user-friendly management software

Unlike other management software she has worked with in the past, Ms. Dugas finds ACCEO SDG to be comprehensive and particularly appreciates that it is an integrated management software.

As a software user, Ms. Dugas values ACCEO SDG especially for preparing annual reports. The ability to export files and send them by email is a real added value for her. The main strength of the software is its ease of use, she says. Nevertheless, she recommends undergoing training as it allows you to understand all aspects of the software, maximize its use, and simplify the management of the center.
